General Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for the sale of tickets for the Thule Adventure Camping event  organized by Thule Sweden AB (Thule) (Company Registration number: 556076-3970), Box 69, 330 33 Hillerstorp, Sweden, Tel no: +46 40 635 90 00, e-mail events@thule.com .

By placing an order for tickets all Guests warrant that they have read the Privacy Notice and that they have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Program changes

Thule reserves the right to change the program if circumstances dictate.

2. Camping place and admission

To participate and drive in to the Thule Adventure Camping event area, the Guest´s car or RV must be equipped either with one of the below Thule products:

Car:

• a Thule car tent
• a Thule cargo carrier
• a Thule bike rack

RV:

• a Thule tent and / or panel
• a Thule bike rack
• a Thule awning

NOTE: In case the Guest arrives without a Thule car tent, or a Thule cargo carrier or a Thule bike rack or a Thule tent and / or panel, or a Thule awning admission to the Thule Adventure Camping area is not permitted. In such case the registration fee is not refundable.

NO OTHER CAR TENT BRANDS except Thule are allowed on the Thule Adventure Camping event campsite.

Ground tents are welcome.

Registrations will be processed in the order they are received and are subject to availability. Camping places are subject to VAT and the price indicated on the invoice is inclusive of VAT. Under no circumstances are tickets to be photocopied or reproduced in any way. Camping places are not transferable. Any tickets that are transferred or sold for commercial gain will be voided and the holder refused entry to or rejected from the Thule Adventure Camping event area.

3. Meals: All inclusive – Full board

Thule will provide for the meals supplied as listed on the registration page during the event (2 x breakfasts [Saturday & Sunday], 2 x lunches [Friday & Saturday] and 2 x dinners [Friday & Saturday] as well as snacks and beverages without strong alcohol starting from 5 June lunch until 7 June breakfast)

4. Image rights

By taking part in the Thule Adventure Camping event, Guests grant Thule the right to use images of the Guest taken by Thule during the Thule Adventure Camping event on Thule’s social media channels and thule.com for marketing purposes. Additional information regarding Thule's use of images taken during the Thule Adventure Camping event will be provided on-site during the event.

The Thule Adventure Camping Guest hereby waives all rights of compensation against Thule for images taken on the camping site by Thule, as well as for distribution in the Thule Adventure Camping event print and online communication media. Camping Guests may however report any photos used in publicity material that may be prejudicial to them by contacting Thule via events@thule.com

By accepting these terms and conditions of participation, Guests consent to being photographed, filmed or taped by Thule or by third parties appointed by them. Thule and any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any print, promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Thule or such authorised party (as the case may be).

Please tag us on #thule or at #adventurelifebythule if posting from the Thule Adventure Camping event. Thule might repost the Guest´s social media posts with the tag on its own social media channels.

Guests may not use photos taken at the Thule Adventure Camping event for any commercial purposes and are further not allowed to alter the Thule trademark.

5. Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that the Thule Adventure Camping event is cancelled, Thule will provide only a refund of registration fee. Thule will not refund any other costs the visitor might incur related to the event e.g. renting vehicles, travel insurance, Thule car tent bought for the Thule Adventure Camping event etc. Registered visitors will be notified via email as soon as possible in case of cancellation of the Thule Adventure Camping event. Thule is not liable for any damages due to impediments beyond Thule’s control, which Thule could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the sale, and the consequences of which Thule could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.

Given that the Thule Adventure Camping event is related to leisure activities under a specific time period, you have no right of withdrawal under mandatory law. However, in case you cancel your participation, a refund of the registration fee will be provided by Thule. In order to have the right to claim the refund of the registration fee, cancellation shall be made in writing and sent to events@thule.com no later than 5 May 2026. Refund is paid back within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation was received.

6. Tickets for the Thule Adventure Camping event

The Guest´s ticket needs to be presented at the time of registration on 4 or 5 June 2026.

Main ticket:

Camping ticket: Valid for 1 adult and 1 vehicle. Full board for two days, a dedicated camping pitch and activities with Thule ambassadors or guides are included in the ticket price, 175 EUR. Bringing a Thule product mounted on your vehicle is required to join.

Addons:

Additional Adult ticket: Valid for 1 Adult together with a Camping ticket. Full board for two days and activities with Thule ambassadors or guides are included in the ticket price 75 EUR.

Child 0 – 3 years: Valid for 1 child together with a Camping ticket. Full board for two days and activities with Thule ambassadors or guides are included in the ticket price 0 EUR.

Child 4 – 6 years: Valid for 1 child together with a Camping ticket. Full board for two days and activities with Thule ambassadors or guides are included in the ticket price 30 EUR.

Youth 7 – 15 years: Valid for 1 youth together with a Camping ticket. Full board for two days and activities with Thule ambassadors or guides are included in the ticket price 50 EUR.

Optional Camping ticket for 4th June arrival: Valid for a party of max 5 people and 1 vehicle. Camping pitch, camp access with sanitary facilities are included. Check in from 18:00. NOTE! No meals and activities with Thule ambassadors or guides are included until official opening of the Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping event on 5 June. Ticket price is 50 EUR.

7. Liability and Governing Law

Thule shall have no further liability beyond the value of the ticket purchased. Thule shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements, including travel which has been arranged by you, are at your own risk. You are responsible for having full insurance for you, your family, your dog and your vehicles, and whatever other items you bring with you.

All of these terms and conditions are governed by Swedish Law.

8. Force Majeure

In case if Force Majeure, Thule Sweden has the right to cancel the event even with a very short notice. The registration fee will be refunded within 15 days after the announcement of the event cancellation. Registered visitors will be notified via email which was given at the time of registration. Thule will not refund any other costs the visitor might incur related to the event e.g. renting vehicles, travel insurance, additional travel costs such as ferry tickets, motorway tickets, Thule car tent bought for the Thule Adventure Camping event etc.

Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping event Terms & Conditions

Participation is subject to owning / renting arriving with a Thule roof top tent or Thule Outset or a Thule cargo box or a Thule bike rack on your car or a Thule tent and / or panel; or Thule bike rack; or a Thule awning on your RV.

Children of any age are welcome.

Dogs are welcome.

Your own bikes, Thule Chariot carriers, SUPs, yoga mats, Nordic walking sticks, hiking shoes, camping chairs are welcome too.

Definitions:

Thule means Thule Sweden AB

Organizers means Thule Sweden AB

Guest means the person or persons registered for the Thule Adventure Camping event

Pitch means a car pitch 

Thule Tent means any type of Thule and Thule – Tepui roof top tent or Thule Outset that the visitor / guest has carried with itself to the Thule Adventure Camping event as its place for accommodation

Thule cargo carrier mean any type of Thule cargo carrier that the visitor / guest has carried with itself to the Thule Adventure Camping event.

Thule bike rack mean any type of Thule bike rack that the visitor / guest has carried with itself to the Thule Adventure Camping event.

Thule tent and / or panel on an RV mean any type of Thule tent / panel that the visitor / guest has carried with itself to the Thule Adventure Camping event.

Thule bike rack on an RV mean any type of Thule bike rack that the visitor / guest has carried with itself to the Thule Adventure Camping event.

Thule awning on an RV mean any type of Thule tent / panel that the visitor / guest has carried with itself to the  Thule Adventure Camping event.

The period of event is the period recorded on the website registration form

The price is the amount stated on the website when registering and required to be paid online after completing the registration

The ticket(s) are the tickets purchased on the Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping event registration site.

Thule Adventure Camping event is located at the Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Campsite at Ferienparadies Natterer See, Natterer See 1, 6161 Natters/ Tirol, Austria

Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping event undertakings:

• An Thule Adventure representative will be available to welcome the Guest on their first arrival at the Thule Adventure Camping event to show the Guest the location of their Pitch and provide further relevant information and the campsite rules

• The Thule Adventure Organizers will offer breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and beverages (no strong alcohol) throughout the period of the event

• If you purchased an Optional Camping ticket for 4th June arrival you can arrive with a party of max. 5 people and 1 vehicle. Camping pitch, camp access, sanitary facilities are included. Check in from 18:00. NOTE! No meals and activities with Thule Ambassadors or guides are included until official opening of the Thule Adventure Camping event on 5 June.

• Sanitary facilities are available at the Thule Adventure Campsite.

• The sanitary facilities of the Ferienparadies Camping are also available for the Thule Adventure Camping guests.

• Different types of activities will be offered to all Guests led by Thule ambassadors and / or local guides. Participation in any activities is at the Guests’ own risk.

• Driving in and out from the campsite during Friday and Saturday is not possible due to planned activities.

• If you arrive with an electric car, please make sure that your battery is fully charged as charging facilities are not available at the Thule Adventure Camping area.

• Smoking is only permitted outside of the Thule Adventure Camping event area. Please note smoking includes vapours and/or e-cigarettes. No tolerance for illegal drugs.

• The use of fireworks are not permitted on the site.

• Fires are allowed at the designated fireplaces.

• Due to dry weather conditions smoking and open fire is not allowed at the campsite.

• Flying drones at the campsite is not permitted.

• Children at the campsite need to be properly supervised at all times.

• No weapons are allowed on the Thule Adventure Camping event area.

• Dogs are welcome. You are always required to bring your pet’s vaccination certificate with you so that you can show it at the campsite, if required.

• Any loss, theft, damage or injury must be reported to the Thule Adventure reception immediately.

• The campsite is located in a natural area, in which uneven terrain may occur. If you have any questions or wish to obtain information related to accessibility, you are welcome to contact us.

Online registration

• It is the Guest´s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to the Thule Adventure Organizers and Thule Adventure Organizers will not be held responsible for any errors.
• Thule Adventure Organizers will not be held responsible or liable for any losses caused by the failure of any party to provide their correct and valid email address and contact details.
• Please see Thule Adventure Camping´s separate Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information provided by the Guest / visitor

Payment

• The Guest must pay for the participation at the time of registration to reserve the camping pitch for the period of the Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping event.
• For the avoidance of doubt, a registration is refundable until 5 May, 2026 or in the event that the Thule Adventure Camping Organizers are required to cancel the Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping event.
• Thule Adventure Camping Organizers cannot be held liable or responsible for any cancellations or losses caused by force majeure. Force majeure includes natural and unavoidable catastrophes that interrupt the expected course of events and restrict Thule Adventure Camping from fulfilling its obligations (e.g., but not limited to war, threat of war, industrial action, civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural disaster, extreme weather, disaster, extreme weather, disruption of electricity).

Travel Insurance

• Thule Adventure Camping Organizers urge all Guests / Visitors to carry adequate travel insurance.

Complaints:

• Please contact the Thule Adventure Camping Organizers directly at the campsite or at events@thule.com to have your problem resolved at the very earliest opportunity.

Mit der Bestellung von Tickets versichern alle Gäste, dass sie die Datenschutzerklärung gelesen haben und diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen akzeptieren.

1. Programmänderungen

Thule behält sich das Recht vor, das Programm bei Bedarf und wenn es die Umstände erfordern zu ändern.

2. Campingplatz und Zutritt

Um auf den Thule Adventure Camping Eventbereich einfahren und am Event teilnehmen zu können, muss das Auto oder Wohnmobil des Gastes mit einem der folgenden Thule Produkte ausgestattet sein

Auto:

• ein Thule Autozelt
• eine Thule Dach- oder Heckbox
• ein Thule Fahrradträger

RV:

• ein Thule Markisenzelt und / oder Panel
• ein Thule Fahrradträger
• eine Thule Markise

HINWEIS: Falls der Gast ohne ein Thule Autozelt oder eine Thule Gepäckbox oder einen Thule Fahrradträger, Thule Markisenzelt und/oder einem Thule Panel und / oder einer Thule Markise ankommt, ist der Zutritt zum Thule Adventure Camping Areal nicht gestattet. In diesem Fall wird die Anmeldegebühr nicht zurückerstattet.

KEINE ANDEREN AUTOZELT-MARKEN außer Thule sind auf dem Thule Adventure Camping Event-Campingplatz erlaubt.

Campingzelte sind willkommen.

Registrierungen werden in der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs bearbeitet und unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit. Campingplätze unterliegen der Mehrwertsteuer und der auf der Rechnung angegebene Preis ist inklusive Mehrwertsteuer. Tickets dürfen unter keinen Umständen fotokopiert oder in irgendeiner Weise vervielfältigt werden. Campingplätze sind nicht übertragbar. Jegliche Tickets, die übertragen oder zu kommerziellen Zwecken verkauft werden, werden ungültig und der Inhaber wird vom Thule Adventure Camping-Event ausgeschlossen.

3. Verpflegung: All-inclusive – Vollverpflegung

Thule stellt die auf der Registrierungsseite aufgeführten Mahlzeiten während der Veranstaltung bereit (2 x Frühstück [Samstag & Sonntag], 2 x Mittagessen [Freitag & Samstag] und 2 x Abendessen [Freitag & Samstag], sowie Snacks und Getränke ohne starken Alkohol von 5. Juni Mittagessen bis 7. Juni Frühstück).

4. Bildrechte

Durch die Teilnahme am Thule Adventure Camping-Event gewähren die Gäste Thule das Recht, Bilder der Gäste, die während des Thule Adventure Camping-Events von Thule aufgenommen wurden, auf den sozialen Medien von Thule sowie auf thule.com für Marketingzwecke zu verwenden. Zusätzliche Informationen zur Nutzung der während des Thule Adventure Camping-Events aufgenommenen Bilder durch Thule werden während des Events vor Ort bereitgestellt.

Die Thule Adventure Camping-Gäste verzichten hiermit auf jegliche Entschädigungsansprüche gegen Thule für Bilder, die auf dem Campingplatz von Thule aufgenommen und in Print- oder Online-Kommunikationsmedien des Thule Adventure Camping-Events verbreitet werden. Campinggäste können jedoch Fotos melden, die in Werbematerialien verwendet werden und die für sie nachteilig sein könnten, indem sie Thule unter events@thule.com kontaktieren.

Durch die Annahme dieser Teilnahmebedingungen stimmen die Gäste zu, von Thule oder von Dritten, die von Thule beauftragt wurden, fotografiert, gefilmt oder aufgezeichnet zu werden. Thule und jede autorisierte Partei dürfen diese Bilder auf unbestimmte Zeit in jeglichem Print-, Werbe- oder Öffentlichkeitsmaterial in beliebigem Format verwenden. Weiterhin erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass das Urheberrecht an diesen Materialien bei Thule oder der jeweiligen autorisierten Partei liegt (je nach Fall).

Bitte markieren Sie uns mit #adventurelifebythule oder #thule, wenn Sie vom Thule Adventure Camping-Event posten. Thule behält sich die Möglichkeit vor die sozialen Medien-Beiträge der Gäste mit diesen Tags auf den eigenen Kanälen erneut zu veröffentlichen.

Gäste dürfen Fotos, die während des Thule Adventure Camping-Events aufgenommen wurden, nicht für kommerzielle Zwecke verwenden und dürfen das Thule Warenzeichen nicht verändern.

5. Stornierungsrichtlinie

Im unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass das Thule Adventure Camping-Event abgesagt wird, erstattet Thule nur die Registrierungsgebühr. Thule erstattet keine weiteren Kosten, die den Besuchern im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung entstehen könnten, z. B. Mietfahrzeuge, Reiseversicherungen oder ein für das Thule Adventure Camping-Event gekauftes Thule Autozelt. Registrierte Besucher werden im Falle einer Absage des Thule Adventure Camping-Events so schnell wie möglich per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Thule haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch Ereignisse außerhalb der Kontrolle von Thule verursacht werden und die Thule zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs nicht zumutbar vorhersehen oder vermeiden konnte.

Da das Thule Adventure Camping-Event mit Freizeitaktivitäten in einem bestimmten Zeitraum zusammenhängt, besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht. Sollte der Gast jedoch seine Teilnahme absagen, wird die Registrierungsgebühr von Thule erstattet. Um Anspruch auf die Erstattung der Registrierungsgebühr zu haben, muss die Stornierung schriftlich erfolgen und bis spätestens 5. Mai 2026 an events@thule.com gesendet werden. Nach der Absage wird die Erstattung innerhalb von 5 bis 7 Arbeitstagen ausgezahlt.

6. Tickets für das Thule Adventure Camping-Event

Das Ticket des Gastes muss bei der Anmeldung am 4. oder 5. Juni 2026 vorgelegt werden.

Hauptticket:

Camping-Ticket: Gültig für 1 Erwachsenen und 1 Fahrzeug. Vollpension für zwei Tage, ein eigener Campingstellplatz und Aktivitäten mit Thule Ambassadors oder Guides sind im Ticketpreis von 175 EUR inbegriffen. Für die Teilnahme ist die Mitnahme eines am Fahrzeug montierten Thule Produkts erforderlich.

Add-ons:

Zusätzliches Erwachsenenticket: Gültig für 1 Erwachsenen zusammen mit einem Camping-Ticket. Vollpension für zwei Tage und Aktivitäten mit Thule Ambassadors oder Guides sind im Ticketpreis von 75 EUR inbegriffen.

Kind 0 – 3 Jahre: Gültig für 1 Kind zusammen mit einem Camping-Ticket. Vollpension für zwei Tage und Aktivitäten mit Thule Ambassadors oder Guides sind im Ticketpreis von 0 EUR enthalten.

Kind 4 – 6 Jahre: Gültig für 1 Kind zusammen mit einem Camping-Ticket. Vollpension für zwei Tage und Aktivitäten mit Thule Ambassadors oder Guides sind im Ticketpreis von 30 EUR inbegriffen.

Jugendlicher 7 – 15 Jahre: Gültig für 1 Kind / Jugendlichen zusammen mit einem Camping-Ticket. Vollpension für zwei Tage und Aktivitäten mit Thule Ambassadors oder Guides sind im Ticketpreis von 50 EUR inbegriffen.

Optionales Camping-Ticket für die Anreise am 4. Juni: Gültig für eine Gruppe von max. 5 Personen und 1 Fahrzeug. Campingplatz, Campingzugang mit Sanitäranlagen sind inbegriffen. Check-in ab 18:00 Uhr. HINWEIS! Bis zur offiziellen Eröffnung des Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping Events am 5. Juni sind keine Mahlzeiten und Aktivitäten mit Thule Ambassadors oder Guides inbegriffen. Der Ticketpreis beträgt 50 EUR.

7. Haftung und geltendes Recht

Die Haftung von Thule ist auf den Wert des gekauften Tickets beschränkt. Thule haftet nicht für entgangene Erlebnisse oder vergeudete Ausgaben. Persönliche Arrangements, einschließlich Reisen, die von Ihnen organisiert wurden, erfolgen auf eigenes Risiko. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, eine vollständige Versicherung für sich selbst, Ihre Familie, Ihren Hund und Ihre Fahrzeuge, sowie alle anderen mitgebrachten Gegenstände abzuschließen.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen schwedischem Recht.

8. Höhere Gewalt

Im Falle höherer Gewalt hat Thule Schweden das Recht, die Veranstaltung auch mit sehr kurzer Vorankündigung abzusagen. Die Anmeldegebühr wird innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Bekanntgabe der Absage der Veranstaltung zurückerstattet. Registrierte Besucher werden über die E-Mail-Adresse benachrichtigt, die bei der Anmeldung angegeben wurde. Thule wird keine anderen Kosten erstatten, die dem Besucher im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung entstehen könnten, z. B. Fahrzeugmieten, Reiseversicherungen, zusätzliche Fahrtkosten wie Fähren-Tickets, Autobahn-Maut; Thule Autozelte, die für die Thule Adventure Camping-Veranstaltung gekauft wurden, etc.

Teilnahmebedingungen des Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping-Events

Die Teilnahme ist abhängig von der Ankunft mit einem Thule Dachzelt oder Thule Outset oder einer Thule Gepäckbox oder einem Thule Fahrradträger am Auto oder einem Thule Markisenzelt und / oder Panel, einem Thule Fahrradträger, oder einer Thule Markise am Wohnmobil.

Kinder jeden Alters sind willkommen.

Hunde sind willkommen.

Eigene Fahrräder, Thule Chariot Anhänger, SUPs, Yogamatten, Nordic-Walking-Stöcke, Wanderschuhe und Campingstühle sind ebenfalls willkommen.

Organisator/in meint die Thule Sweden AB

Gast meint eine Person oder Personen, die für das Thule Adventure Camping-Event registriert sind

Stellplatz meint den Stellplatz für ein Auto

Thule Zelt meint jeden Typ von Thule Autozelt und Thule Tepui Dachzelt oder Thule Outset, dass der Besucher/Gast als Schlafplatz, bzw. Unterkunft zum Event mitgebracht hat

Thule Dach- oder Heckbox umfasst jede Art von Thule Dach-oder Heckbox das der Besucher / Gast zum Thule Adventure Camping Event mitgebracht hat.

Thule Fahrradträger umfasst jede Art von Thule Fahrradträger das der Besucher / Gast zum Thule Adventure Camping Event mitgebracht hat.

Thule Markisenzelt und / oder Panel auf einem Wohnmobil umfasst jede Art von Thule Markisenzelt / Panel, das der Besucher / Gast zum Thule Adventure Camping Event mitgebracht hat.

Thule Fahrradträger auf einem Wohnmobil bezeichnet jede Art von Thule Fahrradträger, die der Besucher / Gast zum Thule Adventure Camping Event mitgenommen hat.

Thule Markise auf einem Wohnmobil bedeutet jede Art von Thule Markise, die der Besucher / Gast gekauft oder zum Thule Adventure Camping Event mitgebracht hat.

Der Zeitraum des Events ist der Zeitraum festgehalten auf dem Registrierungsformular auf der zugehörigen Webseite

Der Preis ist der auf der Webseite bei Registrierung genannte und nach Registrierung zu zahlende Betrag

Die Tickets sind die Tickets, die auf der Event-Registrierungsseite von Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping gekauft wurden

Das Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping-Event findet statt am Ferienparadies Natterer See, Natterer See 1, 6161 Natters/ Tirol, Österreich

Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping Event Ablauf:

• Ein Thule Adventure Camping Mitarbeiter wird zur Verfügung stehen, um Gäste bei der Erstankunft auf dem Thule Adventure Camping Gelände zu begrüßen, ihren Stellplatz zu zeigen und weitere relevante Informationen und die Campingplatz-Regeln zu teilen.

• Die Organisatoren des Thule Adventure Camping werden Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen, Snacks und Getränke (kein starker Alkohol) während es gesamten Zeitraum des Events zur Verfügung stellen.

• Wenn du ein optionales Camping-Ticket für die Anreise am 4. Juni gekauft hast, kannst du mit einer Gruppe von max. 5 Personen und 1 Fahrzeug anreisen. Check-in ab 18:00 Uhr. HINWEIS! Bis zur offiziellen Eröffnung des Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping Events am 5. Juni sind keine Mahlzeiten und Aktivitäten mit Thule Ambassadors oder Guides inbegriffen.

• Auf dem Thule Adventure Camping Areal stehen sanitäre Einrichtungen zur Verfügung. 

• Die Sanitäranlagen des Ferienparadies Camping stehen auch den Gästen des Thule Adventure Camping auch zur Verfügung.

• Verschiedene Aktivitäten werden Gästen von Thule Ambassadors oder lokalen Guides angeboten. Die Teilnahme an jedweder Aktivität erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko der Gäste.

• Aufgrund geplanter Aktivitäten ist die Ausfahrt aus dem Campingplatz am Freitag und Samstag nicht möglich.

• Wenn Sie mit einem Elektrofahrzeug anreisen, stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass die Batterie vollständig geladen ist, da vor Ort auf dem Thule Adventure Camping-Areal keine Lademöglichkeiten zur Verfügung steht.

• Das Rauchen ist lediglich außerhalb des Thule Adventure Camping-Areals erlaubt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Rauchverbot Vapes und E-Zigaretten einschließt. Illegale Drogen werden nicht geduldet.

• Die Benutzung von Feuerwerkskörpern auf dem Gelände ist untersagt.

• Feuer sind nur an den ausgewiesenen Feuerstellen erlaubt.

• Es ist nicht erlaubt Drohnen auf dem Campinggelände einzusetzen.

• Kinder auf dem Campingplatz müssen zu jeder Zeit beaufsichtigt sein.

• Auf dem Thule Adventure Camping-Areal sind keine Waffen erlaubt.

• Hunde sind willkommen. Sie sind verpflichtet die Impfnachweise Ihres Haustieres mitzuführen, so dass Sie sie bei Nachfrage auf dem Campingplatz vorzeigen können.

• Jeglicher Verlust von Wertgegenständen, Diebstahl, Beschädigung oder Verletzung muss unverzüglich an der Thule Adventure Rezeption gemeldet werden.

• Der Campingplatz befindet sich in der Natur, daher kann es unebenes Terrain geben. Wenn Sie Fragen haben oder Infos zur Barrierefreiheit haben, kontaktieren Sie uns gern.

Online-Registrierung

• Es ist die Verpflichtung des Gastes sicherzustellen, dass alle Angaben, die an die Thule Adventure Camping Organisatoren übermittelt werden, korrekt sind. Die Thule Adventure Camping Organisatoren sind nicht verantwortliche für eventuelle Fehler.
• Die Thule Adventure Camping Organisatoren sind nicht verantwortlich oder haftbar für Verlust oder Nachteil, der einer Partei dadurch entsteht, dass keine korrekte E-Mail-Adresse oder Kontaktdaten übermittelt wurden.
• Bitte lesen Sie die separate Datenschutzbestimmungen des Thule Adventure Camping in Bezug auf die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten von Gästen / Besuchern.

Bezahlung

• Um den Stellplatz für den Zeitraum des Thule x Innsbruck Adventure Camping-Events zu reservieren, muss der Gast für die Teilnahme zum Zeitpunkt der Registrierung zahlen.
• Um Zweifel auszuräumen, kann die Registrierung bis zum 5. Mai 2026 oder für den Fall, dass die Thule Adventure Camping Organisatoren das Event absagen müssen, zurückerstattet werden.
• Die Thule Adventure Camping Organisatoren sind nicht verantwortlich oder haftbar für die Absage oder Schäden durch höhere Gewalt. Höhere Gewalt umfasst unvorhersehbare, bzw. unvermeidbare natürliche und anderweitige Katastrophen, die den erwartbaren Ablauf des Events beeinflussen und Thule Adventure Camping davon abhalten seine Pflichten zu erfüllen (dies beinhaltet unter anderem: Krieg, Kriegsdrohungen, Arbeitskampf, ziviler Ungehorsam, Terroraktivitäten, Naturkatastrophen, Extremwetterereignisse, Stromausfälle).

Reiseversicherung

• Die Thule Adventure Camping Organisatoren raten allen Gästen / Besuchern ausreichende Reiseversicherung abzuschließen.

• Bitte kontaktieren Sie die Thule Adventure Camping Organisatoren direkt auf dem Campinggelände oder via events@thule.com, damit das Problem schnellstmöglich und zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gelöst werden kann.
