By participating in the events, the participant fully accept the following terms and conditions:

Responsibility for Children
I acknowledge and accept that during the event, my child(ren) are exclusively under my responsibility from start to finish, regardless of the circumstances. I commit to ensuring the safety and well-being of my child throughout the event, following all safety instructions provided by the organizers.

Risks Associated with Participation
I understand that participating in this activity involves certain risks inherent in physical activity and the use of specific equipment. By agreeing to participate, I acknowledge these risks and accept them knowingly.

Release of Liability
I expressly release Thule, as well as their representatives, employees, partners, and any person associated with the event from any liability in the case of damage, injury, or accidents occurring during or after my participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, bodily injury, accidents, loss, theft, or any damage suffered by me, my child, or any other person during the event.

Commitment to Follow Instructions
I commit to following all safety and conduct instructions provided by the organizers, including those related to the use of Thule products. I understand that failure to follow these instructions may result in immediate exclusion from the event.

Image Rights
I agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by Thule for communication purposes, including on social media, newsletters and their website, without financial compensation.
